1) Review the "Rules & Regulations. 2) Highlight or Circle the event in which you are applying for.  3)  New  
applicants send: 3 pictures of your product and 2 of your display, SASE must be enclosed if you want your
photos returned. 4) Faxed or applications without payment are null and void.  5) In order to receive the
discount fee, your application must be received and paid in full, by the deadline date, inclusive of deposits.  6)  
We do not accept personal or business checks after the deadline, money order only.  7) Post dated checks: A
confirmation will not be issued until all of the criteria is met.  Unfortunately, this may cause you not to be
accepted into the event. 8)  There are no refunds due to inclement weather or show participants cancellation,
9) If you do not receive your confirmation via postal mail within 2 weeks of submission, please contact us.  Any
applications/money orders received after the deadline, will not receive a postal confirmation.  10)  We will no
longer accept one blanket check when being used as a deposit for duplicate listings.  Submit, one per
application. 11) Tents & weights are mandated, you will not be allowed to sell without them.  No exceptions

The signed exhibitor and affiliates agree to hold the Crafts and Artisians Society, this and all future and
past locations; managements, owners, operators, sponsors, volunteers, employees and all associated
with named event; others who occupy any position, from any claims, injuries, damages, loss of actions
caused or suffered by the participants & guests arising out of the activity or participation of the
exhibitors connection with this event and any future exhibition.  Exhibitor also agrees to save and hold
harmless all mentioned aforehand from any and all damages of or loss to personal or business
property, inclusive of all rental areas for display, and effects of the exhibitors stored or used during this
event. The signature releases any and all listed, of any financial liability or obligation due to particip-
ation. Exhibitor also agrees to follow any and all criteria for display, location, and rules set forth either
verbally or in writing, inclusive of Rules for All Events.  This waiver also releases the Crafts and
Artisans Society and all associated with this event the use of photos to be had, saved and delivered
with no monetary distribution or compensation to the signed applicant or guests.  Show hours,
locations, cancellations, or dates are subject to change.  No Refunds due to weather cancellations or
Acts of God.   Absolutely, no refunds for participants cancellation. Tent weights are mandated, no
exceptions.
